Aramid fabric with coating
The radiation temperatures of fabric resistant to 1200,800,600,400 degrees.
Base fabric including panof silk, aramid 1313 and aramid 1414 fang polysulfonamide aramid flame retardant glue acrylic blended fabrics,Base fabric including panof silk, aromatic heat reflective film made from aluminum foil or general insulating materials. This fabric has good flame retardant, fire prevention, high temperature resistance and excellent heat insulation ability, and the soft light, resistant to twists and turns. Are often used to make fire suit, from fire and heat insulation, fire shutter and other insulating materials.
Radiation reflectivity: reflect more than 90% of the radiant heat;
High temperature resistant performance: nearly 300 ℃ / 1 h, 500 ℃ / min 30, 800 ℃, moment also can heat flux of 10 w/C m² (900 ~ 1000 ℃) of the rescue operation.
Heat insulation performance: the radiant heat (second degree burns) body irradiation within 30 seconds of table < temperature 4.5 ℃;
Mechanical properties: tear strength > 45 n. Breaking strength > 600 n.
Folding performance: bend around 10000 times, no crack surface, the stratification;
Wear-resisting performance: A - 100 # emery wheel friction 150 times, can't wear out;
Aging performance: - 30 ℃ ~ 70 ℃ / 72 h, no obvious change in performance
