CT-G series hot air circulating drying oven is static drying equipment that is in conformity with the norm of GMP. It overcomes the defects of other oven such as difficult to clean because of many dead corners, inconvenient to clean, easy to form cross contamination, unable to purify air, etc. It is researched and developed by our factory independently on the basis of absorbing advanced technology both at home and abroad and in accordance with the norm of GMP. It can adopts touch screen automatic control system as request.
CT-G series hot air circulating drying oven adopts axial flow fan with low noise to carry out hot air circulating drying. According to the requirement of customer, there is equipped with middle and high effect filtering and purifying device at the supply inlet of fresh air. After the fresh air is heated by steam or electric heater, and adjusted by air divider, and then distributed to disc of material at each layer. The hot air will pass through raw material to be dried at each layer. The damp discharging fan will discharge the damp forcibly. About 20-30% of circulating air amount will be discharged forcibly. There are purification and backflow preventer at wet discharging port. The heating source could be steam or electric heater. Its advantages are easy to operate, convenient to clean and exchange, low failure rate, etc. It is static series hot air circulating drying oven chosen by enterprises that have passed the authentication of GMP.
