Cummins Natural Gas Generators set

1. The gas power generation equipment ratings: 10kWe to 300kWe.

2. CCHPs (Combined Cooling, Heating and Power) /Tri-generation: available on request.

3. The hertz and voltages: 50hz, 400/230vac or 60hz, 220/110vac, other voltages available on request.

4. The fuels: (1) pipeline natural gas with pressure 1-5kpa (2) CNG (3) LNG.

5. The gas engines: GAS Powered by Cummins

6. The alternators: Leroy Somer, Stamford, Marathon and Chinese ones. Brushless, self-excited.

7. The control cabinets: with controllers from ComAp, DeepSea/DSE and Smartgen. ATS, parallel cabinet and grid parallel cabinet available.

8. The governors: electronic, from Woodward & Hainnzmann.

9. The mixers: venturi or variable mixers from IMPCO.

10. The ignition system: hi-energy ignition system from Woodard, Altronic & Motortech. Lean-burn with closed loop lambda control system available for continuous running gas gensets/CHPs.

11. Gas train: ball valve, gas filter, DUNGS solenoid valve & pressure switches.

12. Heat recovery system: to recovery heat from jacket water and/or from exhaust pipe, with total heat efficiency up to 85%.

13. Silent generator canopy: with noise < 72dB(A) @ 7 m. Container type available.

14. Standards and Certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 8528, ISO 3046, CE, UL, CSA, EPA.

15. Factory test: all gensets are tested with min. 2 hours before delivery.

16. Packing: Standard export packing, no fumigation certificate needed.

17. Quality warranty: 1,500 hours or 18 months for standby gas gensets/CHPs, whichever comes first. 8,000 hours for continuous running gas gensets/CHPs with European configuration.
