Quick Magnet Clamp 

It is well applicable to Injection molding industry to Fixing, clamping and quick changing. 

The control unit adopts the most simplistic design principle. 

The injection molding machine control signal is interlocked to the control unit 

of electric permanent magnet, preventing dislocation in change of mold injection molding machine. 

The controller added the function of mold distance detection, temperature detection, mold fault detection, 

and adopted the use of ultra-pressure high power output devices. 

The reliable hardware protection and low power consumption ensures that the system is safe and reliable for long-time operation.

Working principle

      The electro permanent magnet system is based on different characteristics of different permanent magnets.

 The control unit control and switch the Distribution of magnetic circuit. When the permanent magnet field reaches 

a internal balance, the magnet system is  in demagnetization state; when the permanent magnet field reaches 

a working state, the magnet system is in magnetization state.
