All products passed strict quality control before shipment and should be free from any manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from delivery.Laser engraving on wood may cause color discrepancy which may different from our preview image. Color discrepancy is not included in return and refund policy.
We allow replacement for free during warranty period if the products are being used under normal circumstances and being properly cared for.Pls send us pictures for reference as soon as you find any problems when you receive the goods.

Exclusions to the warranty include normal wear and tear of daily use, scratches to the product surfaces caused by dropping or placing the product on a jagged or rough surface, or failure caused by placing a heavy load on the product, such as stepping on. Modifying the product in any way may void the warranty.
