1.Cover: 128gsm or 157gsm C2S paper+2.5mm greyboard,4/O C,with glossy/matt lamination, UV coating, hot stamping.
2.Insides: 80gsm~157gsm FSC glossy or matt art paper or 60~120gsm acid-free paper,4/4C printing(with 3D pictures),matt/gloss printing varnishing, 16/32/48P,and so on;
3.Endsheet: 120gsm, 140gsm, 150gsm 160gsm offset paper or fancy paper,8PP;
4. Jacket: 128gsm or 157gsm glossy or matt art paper,4/0C printing, with glossy/matt lamination, UV coating, hot stamping.
5.Slipcase: 128gsm or 157gsm C2S paper+2.5mm greyboard,4/O C,with glossy/matt lamination, UV coating, hot stamping.

Quality control before printingFirst,our professional designers will check customer’s files/artworks carefully,and feedback problems to customer within 4 hours.If the files/artworks without problems,we’ll output ozalids for checking before output CTP,and if ozalids are OK,then we’ll go ahead.
Quality control in printingThe printing sheets will be spot checked by printing captain and supervisor at any time when in printing.
Quality control after printingAfter printing, the printed sheets will be checked by QC staff piece by piece to make sure the color are same as approval samples & proofs.
Quality control on each production lineThe semi-finished products will be spot checked by QC staff,and checked piece by piece before moving to next step.
Quality control before packingAt the end of each line, before packing into cartons, products will be checked one by one by QC staff
Quality control before shippingAfter production finished, a random test of proportion ranging from 3% to 5% will be conducted
We strictly follow the 6 steps listed above to conduct production on-line checks and final inspection. And all goods will be conducted spot checks before being loaded into container
