Description
Carton Sealer is one kind of fully automatic packaging equipment used to foldand seal the carton, including hot melt glue sealing machine and adhesive tape sealing machine. It is applied in packing line of beer, beverage and foodstuff after carton erecting and cartoning. The unique dual channel design can reach maximum of 80 cartons per minute.

Operating principle
JFX40 Case Sealer can be divided into different units with single function. The conveyor parts adopt roller conveyor. The stopping parts are the speed-down segment.
First, the conveyor driven by strap can supply the opened cartons to the machine, and cartons get across the sealer on the rollers which are driven by the strap in the both sides of the machine. Then, the fixation plank folds the front-leaf and the back-leaf are folded by pneumatic units. And the side-leaves are folded by fixation plank and taped to front-leaf and back-leaf steadily.
