Description
Carton Erector is an automatic opening,forming,bottom folded and sealing packaging equipment,including hot meltglue carton erector and tape carton erector.Carton Erector is extensively applied in packing line in beer,beverage and foodstuff before cartooning for carton folding and forming,and can satisfy different carton specifications,production capacity:30-60 cartons per minute.

4．Working principle:
Open the semi-manufactured carton into square space by vacuum suction of mini cylinder and finalize the design which needed. The couple foldouts are unfolded by two unfolding cylinder and unfolding arms. The spraying glue valve and spraying glue photoelectric cell control the glue spraying. Then the two side foldouts are folded. It can turns to the next working procedure after pressing the carton by cylinder and pressing carton units.
5．Main features:
The air-powered action is controlled by photoelectric switch. The signal inspected by photoelectric switch is input to PLC, and then the internal program of PLC control the solenoid valve. The air-powered units and electricity units adopt the imported electric machine, with functions of work stable and reliable.
