Labeling machine series including hot melt glue labeling machine (rotary hot melt glue labeling machine, rotary hot melt glue pre-cut labeling machine, linear hot melt glue labeling machine)and positioning adhesive labeling machine, suitable for labeling before filling and after filling, including round bottles, square bottles, oval bottles and other special shaped bottles. Rotary encoder with high precision, accuracy reached 4 million lines. Rotary encoder signal feedback to the servo control system, no need to be treated by PLC. Label detection device equipped with German SICK color code sensor, signal will be sent directly to servo control system, and ensure dynamic adjustment can be done in 400 us. Equipment technical characteristics
1. Equipment running in automatic mode, start, stop, and queue up, the frequency converter adjust the speed according to bottle quantity. The default setting is \"no bottle feed-stop supply label\".
2. The rotary labeling machine can realize centering precisely.
3 The rapid change bottle plate structure can minimize the time needed for the bottle type change.
4. Glue roller: anilox roller is stable and reliable, and can minimize the quantity of glue consumption (100000 labels / 1 Kg roller).
5. Brush label system: each independent brush fixed in supporting frame, can convert according to different kinds of bottle model.
6. Cut label system: precisely cutting control system, precision of the label length control in the ± 1 mm.
7. Control system: The entire operation device is easy to control, equipment status display through the touch screen.
8. Replace bottle type or trademark: can realize label or bottle conversion from one type to another without the help of tools.
9. Material: bottle in feed spiral, bottles feed guide rail, bottle star wheel and bottle guide items are made from low friction coefficient and high wear resistance synthetic materials.
10. Frame and rack: the main bearing made by high quality carbon steel with painting which is antirust and with long life. The rest of the structure and appearance are all use 304 stainless steel.
