I, Working principle:
CMPS series Plough Shear Coulter Mixer is comprised of horizontalcylinder-shaped trough, single shafts with plough shear agitators, high speedchoppers, top cover with opening(s), support frame and transmission unit. Theplough shear agitators rotate to drive materials move radilly; high speedchoppers scatter the materials; so materials are mixed well by rotation ofplough shear agitators and high speed choppers.

01 Material: stainless steel 304 / 316L ormild steel Q235 (special materials like wear-resistant andanti-corrosion
materials available);
02 Surface treatment: paint for mild steel), polish/sandblasting forstainless steel (special treatment like
wear-resistant andanti-corrosion treatment available);
03 Plough agitator: equipped on main shaft(choppers available);
04 Mixer tank: horizontal, cylinder shaped, with fixed or full-openedcover;
05 Shaft: horizontal, hollow, integral, single shaft (three parts shaftsavailable);
06 Mixing time: 5-30 minutes (depends on different material features &production requirement);
07 Working model: batch mixing (continuousavailable);
08 Speed reducer: cycloid reducer (gearreducer available);
09 Rotation speed: fixed speed (changeablespeed available);
10 Main shaft seal: stuffing seal or airpurge seal (mechanical seal available);
11 Openings on top: feeding inlet, manhole, inspection door and connectionport ( can be customized);
12 Discharge valve: pneumatic or manual; flap discharge valve (can becustomized);
13 Working condition: normal pressure and temperature (pressure andtemperature requirement available) ;
14 Not heavy duty: mixer can not be started with loading materials(heavy-duty available);
15 Power supply: 220V 50HZ single phase/ 380V 50HZ 3 phase ( differentpower supply applicable);
16 Non ex-proof motor, electronic elements, control cabinet (ex-proofrequirement available);
17 Other customized features: e.g. light glass, sampling device, liquid sprayingdevice, scrapper;
