I, Working principle:
CMPR series horizontal double ribbon mixer consist of horizontalU-shaped tank, top cover with (or without) openings, single shaft equipped withdouble layers ribbon mixing agitator, transmission unit, support frame, sealingelement, discharge structure and so on. Ribbon blades are always two layers.Outer layer ribbon make materials get together from two ends to center andinner layer ribbon make materials spread from center to two ends. Materialsforms vortex during repeatedly movement and homogeneous mixingare achieved.

01 Material:stainless steel 304 / 316L or mild steel Q235 (special materials like wear-resistant andanti-corrosion
materials available);
02 Surface treatment: paint for mild steel; polish/sandblasting forstainless steel (special treatment like
wear-resistant andanti-corrosion treatment available);
03 Ribbon agitator: double layers & double directions (single layer& single direction ribbon available);
04 Mixer tank:horizontal, U-shaped, with fixed or full-opened cover;
05 Shaft:horizontal, hollow, integral, single shaft (three parts shaft available)
06 Mixingtime: 5-15 minutes (depends on different material features)
07 Workingmodel: batch mixing (continuous available);
08 Speed reducer: cycloid reducer (gear reducer available);
09 Rotation speed: fixed speed (changeable speed available);
10 Main shaft seal: stuffing seal or air purge seal (mechanical sealavailable);
11 Openings ontop: feeding inlet, manhole, inspection door and connection port ( can becustomized);
12 Dischargevalve: pneumatic or manual flap discharge valve (can be customized);
13 Workingcondition: normal pressure and temperature (pressure and temperaturerequirement available);
14 Not heavyduty: mixer cannot be started with loading materials (heavy-duty available);
15 Powersupply: 220V 50HZ single phase/ 380V 50HZ 3 phase (different power supplyapplicable);
16 Nonex-proof motor, electronic elements, control cabinet (ex-proof requirementavailable);
17 Othercustomized features: e.g. light glass, sampling device, liquid spraying device,scrapper;
