High temperature composite hose
High temperature composite hose acts as an upgraded version of the standard composite hose, but it can work in the temperature of about 177°C. It is constructed for Teflon tube and the reinforcement layer is the combination of polyamides and nylons. This ensures the hose can withstand in the working pressure of 250psi.
Manufacture and construction:
Inner helix wire is SS 304 or 316.
Main body: PTFE and polypropylene.
Cover: polyester PVC coated.
Outer helix wire: SS 304 or 316 or high tensile galvanized steel. The construction can be customized by customers.

Features and benefits: High temperature resistance, excellent resistance to acid and alkali, lightweight and easy to handle, and very convenient.
