OPTD-800 Cable recycling machine
OPTD-800 split type copper wire crusher machine adopts advanced design, rational structure, electrical controlled by PLC and reliable operation. This machine includes double-shaft shredder, belt conveyor, 2nd crusher, wind-borne feeding, 2 sets of vibrating and choosing separators, 2 sets of gatherers, hydraulic system and electrical control system. After be crushed, it can make sheath and core separated and gathered at different areas of the screen mesh’s surface. With airflow function and screen box straight shock excitation, the sheath and core be separated, and get copper particles, plastic pellets and mixture from different ports. Dust goes to dust gatherer through air flue. The vibrating screen controlled by transducer that can adjust frequency according to different conditions, meanwhile the air value controlled by adjusted valve. All these actions are be controlled by PLC, and the touch screen will show all parameters. This type of machine is easy to operation and maintenance, and the separated precision can reach 98%. It will be good choice for the recycled factory which suitable crushing the wasted cable’s overall size below 20mm and the capacity is 700~800Kg/h.

To recycle waste wires and cables, separate outer plastic sheath and inner conductor.
