70Centigrade PVA Yarn Series:
Some functions of 70 centigrade PVA yarn is same as the 80 centigrade ones, such as used for the manufacturing of special knitting fabric and the special design with different textile technology. Besides, owing to the different temperature requirement of material, the 70 centigrade PVA yarn have the unique features:
1.Blendeding with wool, hemp, etc to produce high count yarn
Owing to the features of wool, hemp and other yarns, they can only manufacture the low count yarn. But when the pops of wool, hemp blended with the 70 centigrade water soluble pops, it is easy to produce the high count wool and hemp yarn. After dissolve the PVA yarn, you can get the high count yarn you want. The wool and hemp have the special requirement for the temperature and will shrink in high temperature, but with 70 centigrade, this situation won’t happen and it will make full use of wool and hemp and reach the best effect.
2.Increase the strength of the yarn
In the special Weaving process, Because some of the yarn the strength in itself was not enough, so now need use the pva yarn to increase the strength. At the end of the process, the water soluble yarn will be dissolved completely, So as to achieve the purpose of the expected.
