Hold-open rack for easy three kind flow rate settings for customer convenience. Saw-tooth outer nozzle for a tight fit with the oil box in order to secure the nozzle position. Automatic self-lock design, which allow the nozzle to automatically close to avoid leakage and incident when pointing upwards. Working theory Open the Nozzle, then the hydraulic oil will open the main valve (Picture 1), and flow into container through body and the pipe. At the same time the high speed oil runs though the umbrella valve (Picture 1) and produces minus air pressure, the air flows through the iris diaphragm up (Picture2.) to the vacuum room, safely cuts off the upper hole (Picture 3.) and then transfers the air through the separate channel up the oil pipe (Picture 4.) and enters in order to keep the pressure balance. If the oil is full, the oil level will block the airflow mouth and make the vacuum produce a minus pressure in order to move the iris diaphragm upwards. As a result, the tie-bar will lose balance with the effect of the spring to close the main valve. Finally, the self-closing process is complete.
