Automatic Rotary Carbonated Drink Filling Machine

New design has removed liquid spring for traditional CSD filling valve; for fill carbonated beverage, after reaching equal pressure, mechanical valve opener will open filling valve to fill. When filling level is reached, valve closer will close filling valve, then conduct exhaust and release pressure. For water filling, the filling valve has the same action with that carbonated beverage filling. As there is no liquid spring, it is unnecessary to set up pressure inside filling bowl. the filling valve can be closed by only mechanical device .Thus, it is possible to use common water bottles for water filling, which reduce bottles weight and further reduce running cost.
