Brief Introduction

KRS FRP anti-corrosion roof sheet is made of unsaturated polyester resin, alkali free glass fiber and fire retardant and manufactured through advanced technological process and scientific formula.

KRS FRP anti-corrosion roof sheet has many merits include extra hardness, wide temperature application range, corrosion resistance, resistance to hail, fireproofing, easy to install and service life reaching as long as over 20 years. It solve both the weakness of PVC sheet and the rust of Steel sheet, then combine the flexibility advantage of PVC sheet and hardness advantage of steel sheet perfectly, therefore the FRP roof roof sheet is deeply welcomed by consumers and widely applied on all kinds of long span workshop, warehouse and wall cladding.

FRP anti-corrosion Roof sheet Features

v Extra Hardness: The hardness of KRS FRP anti-corrosion roof sheet is the same as metal sheet. While the hail impacts the roof sheet, the ≤0.4mm color metal sheet will become sagsandcrests, the ≤3.0mm PVC sheet will be broken or cracked, however KRS FRP anti-corrosion roof tiles do not have any crack or break. Even we strike the FRP sheet with hammer, it is hard to break it.

v Extra resistance wide temperature range: From -40°C to +250°C, the physical and mechanical properties keep stable. After 30 freeze-thaw cycle, there is no any hollow, bubble, stripping and crack on the surface.

v Extra Load Capacity: Because KRS FRP roof tile have extra load capacity, the purlin distance can extend 1800mm, at the same time there is no any warpage and deformation from -40°C to +250°C . Choosing FRP roof tile can save a lot of construction cost.

v Extra corrosion resistance: Under corrosion and humid condition, the steel sheet easily rust, it make the roof ugly and danger. The appearance and physical properties of KRS FRP roof tile do not change anymore after soaking in the 15% hydrochloric acid, 20% sulfuric acid, 5%sodium hydroxide or 40% hydrofluoric acid.
