Machine use Pre-stretch film:

The film use linear low density polyethylene as the main raw material and the skill is three- layer extrusion casting skill. Our film has reached the international advanced level in each technical indicator, such as uniform film rolls, excellent tensile properties, high retraction rate, transparency and tearing strength. The film can self-adhesive at room temperature as well. The film is from 15μm to 50 μm in thickness, width from 50mm ~ 1500m and the width can be slit to any sizes as requested. The film can be sub-sided sticky or double-sided sticky. Machine use Pre-stretch film is widely used in building materials, chemicals, glass, ceramics, electronics, metal, auto parts, wire, paper, canning, daily necessities, food and other industries, so as to achieve moisture and dust proof, reduce labor, improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Hand use stretch film

Hand use stretch film is mainly used for manual packaging; it does not require any equipment and packing flexible. Hand use stretch film is mainly use to the goods which in small quantity or occasional use units. The width is usually 500mm; it also can be cut to a smaller width. Compared to the machine use stretch film, hand use stretch film is high cost; also the packing effect is worse than machine packing effect. The thickness of the film is usually 20 μm. Hand use stretch film is humanized designed, easy to operate and the tension can be adjusted.

The core is made in material of paper, it can be made in material of plastic as well.
