1. Hydraulic entry car

◆The car can move levelly and vertically, which is convenient for putting the steel coils to the un-coiler.

◆Hydraulic cylinder drives the lifting and the cycloid motor drives the landscape movement.

2. Hydraulic decoiler

◆Supporting the coils and doing uncoiling.

◆It is designed with the double hydraulic movable structure

◆The hydraulic cylinders on both sides drive the landscape orientation movement.

3. Press and pinch and feed device

◆Two hydraulic oil cylinders controls the lifting of the de-coiling rollers

◆11kw cycloid pinwheel decelerator drives steel rolls running

◆Through hydraulic shovel and hydraulically press against steel ,etc to feeding steel plates

◆Hydraulic pinch and pre-leveling device which are driven by AC 45kw motor and decelerator. And it is composed of the gear distributor box gear clutch, etc.

◆The machinery structure is made by the welding and processing of steel plate and profiled bar

4. Transition table

◆It is a the 4m length working table which is composed of the rollers, frames and bearings, etc.

5. Side guide device

◆It uses rollers on the both sides to direct strips into straightening device.

◆The motor drives the leadscrews to adjust the distance of standing rollers on both sides.

6. Straightener

◆It makes uneven steels even and guide them to the right following process. It also do the fixed length cutting and fixed quantity packing to the plates.

◆It is composed of 13 working rollers, driving device, including 2 pinch rollers and machine frame. Both sides of each rolling wheel is transmitted by roll bearing , except the code rollers, all are the main force rollers.

◆The working rollers use 4.4kw electric machine to adjust the upper and lower gap through the turbine decelerator box to make sure the even quality.

◆Drive model: all the independent rollers and gear box are driven by 90kw DC electromotor and decelerate by decelerator . And it is composed of the gear distributor and all-round coupling as well as the hydraulic brake devices and so on.
