Specifications: GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastics) Waterslide Components Gelcoat and poliester to be used for water slides have to be resistant to chlorinated water and UV sun rays and available with related European Norms (EN 1069). Fiberglass ratio in GRP will be minimally 30%. Outer layer of the slides components will be laminated with topcoat gelcoat layer. Slide flanges will be drilled with special drilling jigs to prevent from the mistakes during the installation. Beside the water slide components, there will be also risers (splashguards) for the curved components determined by our engineers. Metal Construction After the statical calculations, we will prepare the metal construction application projects further to those statical calculations. The metal construction will be completely hot dipped galvanized. The nuts and bolts to join the GRP components will be stainless steel and the ones to join the metal construction will be galvanized.
