Description:
YL-777/YL-778 Automatic Upper Forming Machine fits for vamp shaping of women\'s high-heel shoes, boots before lasting. The pastern mold adopts wearable and heat-resistant silicon, the aluminum mold can up to 200 centigrade. The shaping mould pressure is pneumatic controlled with simply adjustment. It is easy to mould the different kinds of shoes. There has a optical projector. Accurately vamp forming makes the toe lasting easier and developed the shoe quality. This machine has the spray device. The Crimping has a perfect fitting on the last. The desired crimping is succeeded without any additional equipment.
Technical Features:
1. Upper Pre-forming Machine with self-mold silicon cushion and Teflon mould. One hot station YL-777 and two hot stations YL-778;
2. No more wrinkles;
3. No deformation of the uppers;
4. The mould is universal, suitable for any design of upper(men’s, women’s and children’s);
5. The simple adjustments can make the procedure of the upper crimping is variable and very easy;
6. Easy placing of the upper without pincers;
7. Thanks to the pneumatically adjustable hardness of the cushion, a winder range of angles can be achieved;
8. The machine is suitable for finished-stitching uppers of boots, vamps and sandals, Vinton head jacket(optional), suitable for any all models;
9. Provides protection for sensitive leathers used in the uppers and of the Teflon coasted head from decoration.
