Description:

YL-266/YL-266A Single/Double Station Upper Molding Machine is applicable to men/women shoes with high heels or with high toe spring for molding to offer preparation for lasting, make toe shape elegant, soften upper by hot up mould, make upper close to heel. The down mould is silicon which makes perfect performance.

Technical Features:

1. The rubber mould is made of wear-resistant & heat resistant silicon, the temperature of outer aluminum mould is can be up to 200°C.

2. lining is tightly pasted to the upper after molding, and vamp is free of wrinkle, deformation or bubble, and for less damage.

3. It offers timely shape-sampling, reduces the time for sample development and the cost of product.

4. The accurate shaping of instep makes the operation of front upper machine and the increase of output easily.
