HG32 High Frequency Welding Pipe Making Machine
High frequency welded pipe equipment is the main equipment in the high frequency welded pipe production line. It can be divided into different types according to the diameter and the wall thickness of the pipe. The mill can produce circular pipe, square and rectangular pipe and special pipe with the material of low carbon steel & alloy steel.
The specific process flow is:Feed steel strip of a certain specification into the machine and then use forming roll to crimp the steel strip into pipe-blank. Then under skin effect and proximity effect of high frequency electric current, induced electricity is concentrated onto the bonding surface of the pipe profile fringe and heat up the pipe profile fringe quickly to the welding temperature and finish welding under the pressure of the squeeze roller. After cooling, sizing and broad straightening, you can get the steel pipe of needed specification. Our products such as roll forming unit, FFX forming unit, cage forming unit can produce X80 and J55 API petroleum casing pipe and petroleum and gas pipe, which conform to the standard of API-5L,API-5CT. This unit can also produce special pipes for air cooling condenser used by electric power plant or steel mill.
