Endless Battery Pasting Belt
Description
The pasting belts have been developed in close co-operation with battery manufacturers,belts come out "endless"from our production lines and need no further seam or splice.
The pasting belts are made of cotton and synthetic fibres,has the same strengthin all is points
and well-known "seam break zone"does no longer exist;The belts have the same thickness and surface smoothness throughout its circumference and this mean a better pasting and improved active material distribution on battery grids.
Water absorption is uniform in every point of the belt since no glue is used forseam purposes;The endless remarkable stretching load,therefore its dimensional stability is excellent throughout the whole life.
The belts run straight on the pasting machine and don't movetowards one side or another one because it is perfectlycylindrical.
