1.Application:
Wood chipper is a kind of special equipment in he production of high quality spill.It is widely used in
papermaking, particle board, fiber board and other industrial production preparation section and single chip
production base. Chipping material is mainly log.
2.Structure feature:
1.This series of wood chipper adopt low or high voltage motor, large disc type wood chipper have pulley drive and the straight association-like drive ; Level and tilt two feed ways, up or down two discharge ways2.Compact structure, rational layout, easy installation, operation and convenient to maintain , highproductive capacity;
3.The chip length can be adjusted within the prescribed scope when chipping logs4.Wood chipper consist of stand, cutter, feed port, cover, electric control system
5.Cutter adopt wear-resistant plate chrome plating, fly cutter, bottom knife, fly knife bolt use special steel produced byspecial6.Output between 2 ~ 160 cubic meters per hour, customer can choose model according to their own need.
3.Hydraulic system:
Supply from oil pump to oil cylinder, can start shroud,easy to change blade, facilitate blade replacement;Up
feed roller bearing can be raised when maintain machine, facilitateto adjust gap of blade, bottom knife and
dismantling of comb plate .
