Characteristics

exhaust system.
3.HEPA and ULPA with NO LEAKING(Patent No.ZL200820109130.9)in air supply and exhaust system,ensure
the cleanliness of ISO Class 5(Class 100)or ISO Class 4(Class 10).
4.The viewscreen of gradient of 10 make it comfortable to operate.
5.Non-obstructive air return mode in the front suction channel(Patent No.ZL200520140353.8).
6.V notch and humanized design of the shelf can make sure the protection of negative pressure and
alieviate working tiredness.
7.The air supply and exhaust pipeliness adopt PDI Control Valve with BELIMO Actuator,which can effectively reduce
air disturb from the outside.
8.Interlocked light and sterilizing.
9.Anti-splash safety spare socknet and junction valve.
10.Intelligent auto-supply system ensures the change of air volume less than 10% when the resistance of
filter increases 50% enhance safety.
11.Leak detection in cabinet, no leakage at 500Pa.
12.Leak detection in HEPA/ULPA, leaking ratio is <=0.01%
(scanned), <=0.005%(not scanned).
