Solar Energy Water Heater Polyester Powder Coating

Introduction: composed of saturated polyester resin and curing agent, coating with high gloss, excellent mechanical property, good adhesion, high rate of powder on, excellent weather resistance, etc.

Application: specifically designed for the solar water heater, can be widely used in solar water heater bracket, tanks which need to spray weather-proof powder, has good decorative role besides excellent protection.

Product class: 

1.      Provides a standard type of (200 ℃ / 10min) and low temperature type of product (160 ℃)

2.      luster gloss can be made into a variety of products, OEM as customer required

3.      Can be made into all kinds of color, texture, surface effect of powder coating

4.      According to different resin and curing agent, pure polyester/TGIC and pure polyester/Primid products

Powder physical properties:

1.      weight: 1.4 -1.8 g/cm3, varies according to the formula and color.

2.      Particle size distribution: usually an average particle size of 34 to 45μm varies according to different purposes, less than 15μm particle size < 7.5%, more than 85μm particle size < 0.5%.

3.      Powder liquidity: > 140 (ISO8130—5:1992), vary according to different purposes

Coating performance: all test with 0.8 mm thickness of oil removal derusting cold-rolled steel sheet, film thickness of 50-80 microns
