Description:Product Name: Moly DiscsModel Number: PB07Place of Origin: ChinaFeatures: 1) Finish: lapped without plating, the discs should be clean and free of burrs 2) The molybdenum discs must be stress relieved; hardness:>240HV in normal 3) No radius permitted at the periphery on both sides, i.e. sharp outside edges 4) No burrs allowed 5) No delaminating permitted at any location 6) Parts should be free of surface defect 7) The disc shall be capable of withstanding Mech. stress test of one 90 degree bend; no evidence of cracking or splitting 8) Flatness within 0.005mm 9) Any shape can be done by your drawings, such as round, square or others; for the round, the diameter can be done from 3mm to 150mm with different thickness 10) We can also offer the molybdenum plated Ni, Ru and Rh, with 3 – 5μm 11) OEM orders acceptable Package: Clean, degreased and packaged in an inert atmosphere (or vacuum) to prevent oxidation
