According the usage condition and its different lifting device, double girder overhead crane mainly has following type:
1. double girder EOT crane with hook including QD type and LH type
QD type double girder overhead crane: its lifting device is hook. and its hoisting trolley is winch structure.
LH type double girder overhead crane: its lifting device is also hook, its hoist trolley is electric hoist.
2. double girder overhead crane with grab (QZ type)
QZ type double girder overhead crane: its lifting device is grab.
3. explosion-proof double girder overhead crane (QB type)
QB type explosion-proof double girder overhead crane is used in hazardous environment, such as explosive gas condition, for example oil plant, gas station, mine.
4. double girder overhead crane (QDY type)
QDY type double girder overhead crane is specially used in high temperature working condition such as steel plant, it is used for handling hot steel plate, etc.
5. double girder overhead crane (YZ type)
this YZ type double girder overhead crane is higher level crane used in steel plant and foundry for hanlding liquid metal and hot metal.
6. double girder overhead crane with electric magnet (QC type)
QC type double girder overhead crane: its lifting device is electric magnet.
7. double girder overhead crane with two trolley (QE type)
QE type double girder overhead crane have two independent trolleys.
