single girder overhead crane is an upgraded product of LD model, the structure is
more reasonable, the complete set is more strong rigidity and high reliability than LD
model. This crane is used together with CD1/MD1 electric hoist, lifting capacity range
from 1 to 10 tons, span range from 7.5m to 22.5m, working class is A3 to A5, working
temperature is -25°C to 40°C.
There are two controlling methods, ground controlling and cabin controlling, cabin
controlling have two types, open and closed. This crane is widely used in factories,
warehouses, and stock yards. Prohibited to be used in flammable, explosive, corrosive
environment.
Advantages and features:
1. Use optimized computer design box type girder as main support girder.
2. Motor protection class is IP54, F class insulation and equipped with overload protection equipment. (optional)
3. Specially designed gearbox for crane, adopts oblique gears, self lubrication.
4. Control stick could be connected with trolley, freely move on main girder separately and can also control the travelling speed according to the different depth of buttons.
5. 2m working system makes crane longer utility life-span and higher working efficiency.
6. Travelling speed adopts nonpolar speed adjustment control which result in stable travelling and small sway of crane.
7. Small hook limit size, high utility rate of space.
