Characteristics of durable silicon rubber for pad printing:
Durable silicone rubber for pad printing is a double-component silicone rubber, and can be vulcanized in room temperature. Solidify time depends on the mount of curing agent, the more the curing agent, the faster the curing.
Application of durable silicon rubber for pad printing:
Durable silicon rubber for pad printing is applicable to plastics toys, electroplatin
products, PVC toys, plastics toys, craftworks, trademarks and irregular pattern printing .it has the advantage of abrasion resistance, high temperature resistance, good printing effect, etc.
Usage of durable pad Printing silicone rubber:
1. Uniformly stir the silicone rubber for pad printing for 5-10 minutes in the package barrel before use.
2. Clean the mold with detergent, and dry up the mold by a piece of cloth or an air gun and then coat the mold with a layer of release agent.
3. The normal proportion between the printing silicone and si-oil depends on the requirements of the customers. If pattern is too big, a soft silicon pad is needed and the amount of si-oil is increased. Contrarily, if a silicon pad with high hardness is needed, the silicone oil should be added less or not. The appropriate hardness of general pad printing silicone rubber is 15A°~-25 A°; if too much silicone oil is added, the silicon pad is so soft that the printing times is limited, thereby bringing about abrasion intolerance, solvent intolerance and ageing

Why is the silicon rubber for pad printing non-durable are?
1. Because of the imcompleted process of filtering, here are some impurities left in the pad printing silicon rubber .
2. As we know, silicon oil is a additive which will destroy the molecular chain of the silicon rubber for pad printing ,then it will cause the easy ageing .
3. some customers don’t change the printing pad according to the size of the pattern ,for large pattern, large silicon pad should be used ,otherwise ,use small one .
