INTRODUCTION:

PTFE has the largest quantity and is most widely used among all fluoroplastics. They have excellent comprehensive properties: corrosion resistance, resistance to high (low) temperature, ageing resistance, high insulation, high lubrication, doesn’t stick, harmless. And they are widely applied in aviation, chemical, electronic, bridges, textile, machinery, paper and ceramic industry, etc.

Feature:

Corrosion resistance: PTFE is virtually no erosion of chemicals and solvents, it can protect parts from attack by any kind of chemical corrosion.

Insulativity:PTFE has a strong dielectric properties(dielectric strength:10Kv/mm).

Heat resistance:Has good heat resistance and low temperature resistance properties. Generally can continuous use between 240 ~ 260°C , has a remarkable thermal stability, it can work in freezing temperatures without embrittlement, that will not melt at high temperatures.

Lubrication, wear resistance:PTFE has lower friction coefficient. The friction coefficient will change when the load sliding, but the value only between in 0.05-0.15, precisely because of its strong lubrication, so it’s also very prominent in wear resistance.

Resistance to atmospheric aging, radiation resistant properties and low permeability:Long-term exposured to the atmosphere, the surface and properties remain unchanged.
