R8 steel Continuous Casting Machine CCM, continuous caster machine for Steel Billet We can produce high quality continuous casting machines from one to eight strands with the lowest equipment manufacturing cost.
We can design, manufacture the up-to-date billet continuous casting machine in accordance with the user\'s steelmaking capacity, billet size, steel grades and the user\'s field conditions. The detailed design mainly includes:

This type CCM can be designed as curved and vertical-bend according to the Users requirements. It can cast carbon steel, alloy steel and special steel, such as stainless steel. Automatic hydraulic control, automatic secondary cooling water distribution, compressed air-water cooling system, EMS can be selected according to different steel grades.
We have strong processing capability, 95% above equipment made by ourselves. In this case, we can completely control processing quality.
We will complete erection and commissioning of our CCM and train and instruct the technicians and operators from the Buyer during erection and commissioning.
