Applications:
LHC-B type manual chain hoist is a kind of portable manual hoisting machinery, it can be widely use in equipment installation, general lifting, general loading and unloading and etc.
It is the best choice especially for outdoor working and no electric power working condition.
Description:
1. Extra Thick Plastic Cover
- Add the Convex reinforcement process on the plastic cover, impact resistance, effectively protect the internal structure.
2. Dual Pawl Brake
- Safety factor more than twice.
3. Over Load Limiter
4. Chain Plate
- Chain plate use deep groove process, Chain plate cover use crimping process. So that the chain will be never stuck, it will not make so much noise, and it will be suitable for using in complicated working environment.
5. Chain
- Use single chain design for the chain hoist of 3 ton and lower than 3 ton, compare with the traditional Chinese chain hoist, the lifting efficiency will be more than 2.5 times, and the manual force will be just as 2/3.
6. Chain Transfer Gear
- Use the high quality alloy forgings, use the special bearing at the two top. Ensure the exact transmission, high mechanical strength.
7. Transfer Gear
- Use the low alloy steel after precision processing, and also do the surface treatment for it, such as carburization. To guarantee the durability, using life and mechanical efficiency.
