1Brief Introduction

Adjustable column formwork is a formwork for square or rectangle, which is designed for variational 

dimension in given range. Its adjustable ability comes true by the change of vertical walings 

relative position. As the left pictures described, the column formwork is composed of plywood, 

timber beam, vertical waling, joint connector, yoke, tie rod, wing nut, and clamp. When used, you can 

adjust the dimension of formwork according to the given dimension.

2   Adjustable column formwork form

  Vertical waling has two standards for quadrate column or rectangular column with their sides in 

4001200mm. As the below pictures shown, you can turn the size of 800×800mm to the size of 

400×400mm, the rest may be deduced by analogy, you can complete any dimension

 in the given range and it is permissible for both square ness and rectangle.

3    Protect  product

(1     Every assembled formwork must be numbered in drawing order, and attach a wood label on ordainable

 place.

(2     Formwork must be leaned against backstop, block off formworks by wood block when they 

put together,

 they are prevented to be mangled. 

(3     Raining,cover the formworks by plastic cloth, keep them dryness do your best.

(4     Dont collided, when install and dismantle.

(5     Protect the formworkscorner during construct.

(6     There have five pins in the Right angle element connector, Insert pin in the holes where formwork be

(7      Wing nut must figure bear, Keep it straight.
