10 Ton Light Duty Single Girder EOT Crane/ Overhead Crane With Electric Hoist For Machine Mill/Storage/Repair Workshop
Descrition:
LE type single girder overhead crane is designed basing on LD type crane which has more reasonable structure and lighter in weight. This crane belongs to heavy duty crane. Lift capacity is 10 tons, span from 7.5m to 22.5m, working condition is A3-A5, working temperature is -25°C to +40°C.
Features:
1. Material: All compression structural part of crane’s components chosen material with fine quality and meet regulation. The important material has quality guarantee and inspection report.
2. Welding: In view of important welding seam and stress is more than tension weld of 70% allowance stress, conducting fault detection check and take out 5% weld length by ultrasonic test. Inspection report provided to user.
3. Wire rope hoist: smaller size but better performance. Less noise and outstanding mechanical design.
4. Motor: Drive motor must use China Top Brand: Jiangte Motor. Manufacturer have good achievement used and provided detailed and actual parameter prove that it is good performance product. Insulation class ≧ F; Protective class ≧ IP54.
5. Electric system: Inverter from famous brand ABB can make lifting and traveling in any speed you want specifically for your work.
6. Control panel: 3 ways are optional based on budget or need: Cabin with joystick panel, wireless control panel or pendent control panel.
7. Painting: All steel is treated by sand blasting before doing paintings. There are 3 layers of paintings. The bottom layer is zinc painting to prevent from rusting. The color of top surface should be average.
8. Limit switch for safety: mechanical limit switch: overload limit, height limit, rail end stop limit for traveling. Electric protection: short circuit protection, lose phase protection, low-voltage protection, power failure protection, over current protection.
Applications:
1. Light duty cranes for repair shops, light assembly operations, service buildings, light warehouses, where service requirements are infrequent.
2. Medium duty cranes for machine shops and general industrial use both indoor and outdoor application.
3. Extra heavy duty cranes for steel mills and other heavy machine shops, steel warehouses, heavy fabrication shops, paper mills etc. with magnet and bucket operation for scrap yards, fertilizer plants & induction furnace.
4. Extra heavy duty cranes for steel mills and other heavy engineering purposes. Cranes designed for hot metal application on request.
