LX-608 Full computerized high speed flexo printing slotting & die cutting machine
This series of flexo printing slotting die-cutting machine is designed and manufactured as per the top standard, reliable performance and solid safety. The complete set of machine is computer operated under designing principle of man-machine integration. It can do the job of setting, correction, execution, change and memory, etc. on the touch screen with precise data display in the shortest time.
High-grade material and accessories
Transmission gears are made of high quality alloy steel 20CrMnTi, Rockwell hardness of 60 degree, being carburization quench and fine grinded
Rollers and shafts chrome plated to enhance hardness
Non-key piece joining to decrease the connection gap and to keep long term register precision
Dual system of touch screen man-machine interface and manual electrical control
Siemens brand touch screen, PLC controls and frequency converter
Intelligent zero returning, memory reset and automatic order entering
Feeding Unit
Servo Control Lead Edge Feeder (Patent #ZL 2005 2 0045628.X)
(Rear kicker vacuum feeding system is for option)
-Servo motor has quick react, precision positioning, system stability and durability. Electrical camshaft control supersedes mechanical style
-Synchronous belt links feeding shaft with servo motor shaft, to eliminate connect interval of feeding wheel, to improve feeding precision and keep good alignment
-Unique half-wheel, quick replacing structure, to keep consistency of feeding position, and to avoid uneven wearing on the surface of feeding wheel.

-Pressure-free stretching feeding mechanism is the option (Patent # ZL2006 20041413.5)
-Vaccum transfer feeding system (with skip feeding function , linear bearing rail makes
feeding accurate and smooth for option)
-Automatic feeding mechanism synchronous work with ink roller to guarantee printing quality and to reduce waste as well
-Upper dust suck removing mechanism, air force adjustable
-Position of feeding plates (left, right, and rear) electrical adjust; Manual / automatic paper trimming adjustable; Working frequency can be set freely

Printing Unit
Forme roller and pressure roller made of high quality alloy steel, with grinded and chrome plated surface
Dynamic and static balancing make steadily running
Hanging forme, make installation easy and quick
Forme changing both foot switch, and/or motorized control (forward / backward running)
Anilox roller auto lifting synchronous with paper feeding system (In feeding anilox roller press down whereas in stop, it released)
Planetary gear structure phasing mechanism
Printing phase automatic 360 degree adjustment by PLC, touch screen and motorized digital control. Forme roller intelligent zero returning, short cut resetting under dynamic and static condition
Motorized adjusts digital display the transversal position of the forme roller, up to 20 mm
Electromagnetic clutch phase braking mechanism. During the machine unit being clutch off or at phase adjusting, the braking mechanism stops running of machine unit and keeps the primary printing position
Ink System
Steel anilox roller: chrome plated and engrave reticulate with consistent net dots for fine inking
Ceramic anilox roll: ceramic coated on the steel surface and reticulate laser engraved after fine regrinding
Steel pipe wrapped by wearable rubber. Fine reground central convexity is good for ink transmission
Stainless steel ink bucket, easy to clean and maintain
Pneumatic diaphragm pump makes ink supply stable and easy maintain.
Slotting Unit
Pre-scoring wheel: Pre-scored paperboard will not crush
Manual adjust scoring wheel clearance / guage, ranged 0 12 mm
Upper scoring wheel coated by polyurethane to avoid crush on the sheet
Transverse movement of scoring wheel, doctor wheel and slotting head multi-controlled by PLC, touch screen, and electric button
7 mm thick slotting knives are made of alloy tool steel by heat treatment and fine ground, with sharpened endurable teeth
Bi-plate trimming knives with sharpened, endurable teeth
Planetary gear structure slot phasing mechanism
Slotting phase 360 degree
