XYD C-Frame high speed precise press features:
1. Machine use heavy duty cast iron, eliminate inner stress by special method, then material is stable, keep high precision, mostly suit for continuous punching production.
2. 2 guide posts and 1 central post slide structure, use zero-error ball bearing to instead traditional sliding plate structure then lower dynamic friction to the least, meanwhile use compelling lubrication system to reduce heat-distortion to the least then keep the highest precision.
3. Optional antiside load dynamic balancing device to reduce vibration, then Press can have best precision and stability.
4. Manual mould adjustment to match mould height display and hydraulic lock device, convenient mould adjustment operation.
5. Man-machine interface computer control. Data, fault control system, convenient operation with display screen.
6. Applications: Presses are widely used in various types of electrical connectors, metal stamping products, mobile phone, earphone, LED frame, transformer, motor , etc.
