The melt pump can work together with screen changer, to improve the polymer melt . Can achieve nearly linear output on polymer flow, easy to control, so that the extrusion line can accurately control and production process is more stable.
A variety of space arrangements for installation according to the production site space availability.Suitable for convey/pressurizing/metering high temperature, high viscosity polymer melt and synthetic fibers. Mainly used in extrusion of polymer , such as compounding, film , pipe, plate, sheet , non-woven fabrics industry, and is usually installed between the die and head of the extruder, can also be installed through connection pipe used for the transfer of the high viscosity polymer.
Suitable materials:
PA, PB , PC , PE , PS, HIPS, , the ABS , PP , PET, PVA and other polymers, can also be used to transport rubber, asphalt, paint , adhesives , dyes , paints , lubricants , polyols and other non- particulate impurities in high- viscosity materials.
