Liquid Silicone rubber for gypsum features
LiquidSilicone rubber is two part silicone with general hardness of 22-50A°after curing with features ------
(1) high tensile & tear strength
(2) high duplication times
(3) Low linear shrinkage
(4)resistance to high-temperature
(5)Low shrinkage and non-deformation
(6)resistance to acid-alkali and expansion
Liquid Silicone rubber for gypsum operationinstructions
Step One:Take 100gof part A and add 2g of part Band mix the silicone rubber and curing agent evenly.
Step Two:vacuum pumping
Without exception,this step takes less than 10 minutes.
Note: The timefor vacuum-pumping should be less than 3—5 minutes ,otherwise, once thesilicone rubber has cross-link reaction during vacuum pumping process, it willnot be operated.
Step Three: Pouringthe mixture into the frame with original gypsum mold slowly .
Shelf life for Liquid Silicone rubber
10~12months, when stored in a dry & cool place under the roomtemperature 25.

25kg/drum and 200kg/drum
