Product Description

The GMT100, GPS tracking system, is designed for personal or vehicle tracking purposes. Based on the low power and SirF Star 4 chip set, it provides the high receiving sensitivity as good as -163dBm, which means better accuracy and stability. Equipped with the Infinion solution based GPRS modem, the GMT-100 operating software provides efficient GPS data transportation and flexible operating modes that help users to save communication costs while maximize the usage of tracking information.
The USB port provides the host interface to PC as a serial port emulator. That is, the application program on the host PC can communicate with GMT-100 through the COM port API to do configuration and other control commands.
To consider the applications for handheld device as well as vehicles, GMT-100 includes the power module that can accept 12 volts DC power supply that usually supplied by vehicles. Further more, Li-ion rechargeable battery is also usable for GMT-100.
