High Precision SUS304 Stainless ERW Steel Pipes for Printers Tension Rollers
ERW Stainless Steel pipes are mainly used as tension rollers or magnetic rollers for printers and copy machines. Due to the strict requirement of high precision and durability, Japan made pipes had only been procured for years. Dynaox has started introducing the China made ERW stainless steel pipe that helps shorter lead time and cost reduction, while maintaining the equivalent quality to the Japanese products.
Now, the Chinese ERW stainless steel pipes are being applied with the approval by clients.
Applicable material is SUS304, 316, and 321. Also, various size application for OD, ID, and thickness is available.
1.Field in use: Specific pipes used for measuring machines, Chemical and Bio-Technology,
electric machines, medical equipments, industrial machinery moldings,
etc.
Designing and development of each product is based on the requirements
from clients.
2.Processing availablity: < OD > 1.5mm ~ 10mm < Thickness >:0.12mm ~ 1.5mm >
< Tolerance >:±0.15 mm ~ 0.01mm
3.Material: Stainless, Nickel-Chromium Alloy, Copper, Aluminum, Titanium
