FEATURES

Ac (Alternating Current) High Power EAF is selected, which meets the needs of high quality, high yield, low consumption, and safety, as well as requirement of environmental protection, and automation during production process. The overall structure of the furnace body is link type, which includes separable furnace shell (top and bottom), pipe-type water-cooled panel and pipe-type water-cooled furnace cover, with eccentric bottom tapping (EBT), reserving the position of carbon-oxygen gun for electric furnace door
In furnaces,OP,HP and UHP power input modeis arc
avaiable,both right and left operations for your choice.Roof swinging
abd top charging. Aavanced designs of the furnaces operation
reliable and performance excellent.

Automatic regulatro of electrode lifting can be VVVF controlled or
computer  controlled. The later can  equipped with CRT displayer.
The actibf of all parts and interlocks is controlled by PLC
