Refractory anchors
Refractory Anchors hold the refractory lining on the shell of industrial furnaces. The refractory anchors here below listed are produced in nickel chromium steel alloy.
Our "V" waved shapes are designed in order to ensure the best anchoring of the castable lining, when this one has dimensional variations due to ambient temperature evolution and mechanical stress as well. Several types are available in respect of their way of fixing and if they anchor a single layer or a multi layer lining.
The Y series contains the Split "Y" anchors. These anchors are usually supplied for manual welding, but can also be supplied in a stud welding version. Consult our office for the maximum possible material cross-section that can be stud-welded. All the bases will be reduced accordingly to accommodate a ceramic ferrule.
