Three Footed Manual PTD Top Discharge Centrifuge / Filtrating Machine For Inflammable Materials
Description:
Model PTD centrifuges are three-footed top discharge, intermittent operation filtrating equipment. The material is fed into the drum at the top. Under the action of the centrifugal force field, the liquid-phase passes through the filter medium and the discharged out of the machine, while the solid-phase material is retained inside the drum and after the machine is stopped, the material is discharged from the top. The centrifuge has such features as simple structure, easy operation, no easy breakage of material as well as good versatility.
Model PTD centrifuges fall into two types: those with foundation and those without foundation. In the case of the centrifuge with foundation, the user is expected to cast the foundation by himself. The type without foundation has a triangular base for the counter weight, equipped with shock absorber and thus requires no foundation casting.
Working principles:
1) Airtight equipment
2) The material is fed from the upper into the rotary drum
3) Under the centrifugal force function, the liquid passes through the filtering medium and discharges out of the machine
4) The solid is left in the rotary drum
5) After the machine is stopped, unload the material
6) Advantages: large capacity, high efficiency, simple operation, fast unloading, good guarding function, clean surrounding
Applications:
1) Suitable for separating suspensions with solid grains larger than 0.01mm
2) Especially suitable for filtering poisonous and inflammable materials
3) Widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, light industry and other trades
4) Most commonly used for gypsum, ferric sulfate, nickel sulphate, copper sulphate, potassium chloride, acetate, borax, soda, rubber additives, dye, plastic raw material, soap, grease, resin, salt, gourmet powder, food additives, vitamins, herbicides, insecticides and dewatering of copper, zinc, aluminum and other mineral powders
