Our 3UA series of electronic overload thermal circuit tripping relay can be used in the circuit of 50HZ or 60HZ,rated insulation voltage 660V,rated current 0.1--125A for protecting the phase break when the electric motor is overload or phase breaking.It can be assembles with corresponding AC contactors to form starter.
3UA types electric relay rated working voltage protection/thermal circuit breaker also has different mechanism and temperature compensation. THE MAGNETIC RELAY CONFORMS TO IEC60947-4-1 and IEC60497-5-1,GB14048.4 and GB14048.5.
The electronic overload relay is composed of three parts of sampling system,judment and management system,performing and output system,which samples through current transformaer to transfor three phase sampling current into DC voltage with corresponding setting current. Signal carries out logical calculus process by CMOS chip and judge overload,loss of phase and unbalance,meanwhile send execution command to the execution mechanism that sends signal for protection.
