LWS-200 Dual Test Space Rebar Cold Bending Test Machine, High Precision Bend Test Machine

The WDW series of dual test space rebar cold bending testing machine is mainly designed for bend on metal components including rod, plate, construction rebar. This product adopts a two-way hydraulic cylinder as its loading source. A hand wheel is applied to motivate the two-way ball screw to synchronize the bending roller to make it more convenient to adjust cold bending roller travel. The plug-in cold bending roller makes it more efficient to replace grips. This product features a complete set of functionalities, easy operating procedures, an efficient structure, a small footprint, safe and reliable operations, and etc. This product complies with the standards and requirements of GB/T 232-2010.

Features:

One-step forming: this product bends specimen in one step during tests. Then applies side loads to form interference bend on the specimen to eliminate remaining deformation, accomplishing a bending angle of 180°. Effortless: requiring only one operator, who clicks the buttons to perform tests. Safe: specimen bending directly into sealed test table, safe to operate. Dust-proof: unique dust resistant unit protects ball screw from oxide coating. Two-way hydraulic cylinder enables fast loading, unloading and withdrawing. Equipped with waste collecting cart, reduces working effort. Small footprint saves space for testing.
