The Main Technical Parameters of The Pipe Expanding Machine

1. The oil cylinder: Ф 300mm,the rod：Ф 230mm，the effective trip: 6.5m,  pressure：21Mpa,2 bars

The maximum thrust of the 2 cylinders: 300 tons;  The normal speed: 0—2500px/min ,

The max backward speed: 7500px/min.

2. The pump station：

63scy-plunger pump :2 set, 18.5KW  Motor:  2 sets (the main working pump)

PV2R13-16-94 double vanes pump: 1 set, 15KW motor: 1set (for fast moving forward and returning,etc)

3. The hydraulic valve is integrated oil rout, hydraulic black fork gate, automatic loading.

4. The frame for the main engine: 25# channel steel, welded  with 43kg steel rail

5. The panel for the main engine: welded with 25-30mm medium plate

6. distribution cabinets, operation box 1 set

7. Intermediate-frequency power (power 600KW  380v、220v、50Hz)
