Alloy tool steel 420J2 is a martensitic stainless steel, and 420J1 higher carbon content than quenching state it has a high strength, hardness and wear resistance, corrosion resistance is somewhat less, and for mechanical performance requirements thanhigh corrosion resistance requirements of the general parts.
