Bale grapple/bale grab or bale clamps are designed to efficiently and safely handle various types of baled products, such as cotton bale, wool bale, synthetics bale, pulp bale, textile bale, clothes bale, corrugated board bale, waste paper bale, rag bale, hay bale, metal bale and other industrial scraps bales etc. and are widely used in papermaking, textile, chemical fiber, waste paper recycling, and port, etc. industries for handling and stacking materials without pallet. Especially in the cotton belt, they are the first choice for loading/unloading of cotton bales.
Features
The composite structure of this series of bale grab, bale grapple and bale clamps is simple but with high strength, and the dead weight of bale clamps is light, providing long life with minimal maintenance requirements. Additionally, the inside of the two arms are reinforced with ribs to increase the coefficient of friction, thus it allows for a solid grip while preventing the clamp from damaging shrink-wrapped bales and prevent the goods from falling off.
